From the beginning of my journey, I have been committed to delivering person-centered care that upholds dignity, promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for each individual I support.
From the outset, I was warmly welcomed by a supportive team, and I have since gained invaluable professional and personal experience. I have had challenging experiences that have tested and enhanced my skills, and I have enjoyed the opportunity to develop stronger communication and caregiving abilities while learning to collaborate effectively in a diverse team. I have also grown in confidence and resilience, particularly in managing difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. I have enjoyed and still enjoy support from my supervisors who never turn me off irrespective of how significant or trivial my enquiries may be.
I am currently training to be a PROACT SCIPr UK instructor. I look forward to successfully completing this course and aspire to regularly give back to the organisation by training members of the team while providing my utmost support. I am very passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives, and I see myself contributing to staff development on a larger scale which in turn benefits the wellbeing of our service users and continuously improves care standards.
