Two people enjoying a day out together

That's why we keep a Continuous Development Plan under regular review, helping us identify new ideas, celebrate successes and make positive changes that enhance the support we provide.

Our plan is shaped by feedback from the people we support, their families, our staff teams, professionals and quality assurance visits and regulated inspections. It reflects our commitment to continually developing our services and ensuring people receive safe, compassionate and person-centred support.

Looking Ahead

Our Continuous Development Plan is always evolving. As we listen, learn and grow, we continue to introduce new ideas and improvements that make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and the colleagues who support them.

Because at Acorns, continuous improvement isn't something we do occasionally, it's part of who we are.

We Value Your Feedback

At Acorns Health Care, we're always looking for ways to improve. We've recently reviewed how families and professionals share their feedback with us and wanted to make the process as simple and accessible as possible.

We've introduced an online feedback form and a QR code, making it quick and easy to tell us about your experience, share ideas or let us know where we're doing well.

Every comment helps us learn, grow and continue improving the support we provide. We regularly review the feedback we receive and use it to celebrate good practice, identify opportunities for improvement and shape future developments across our services.

You'll find our QR code and link below. Please feel free to use them at any time—your feedback is always welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us continue to grow and provide the best possible support.
